When it comes to delivering your colorful and whimsical socks, we want to ensure a smooth and efficient process. That's why we have a comprehensive shipping policy in place. Read on to learn more about how we handle shipping at 2GETHER

 

Overview

All orders placed on our website are shipped out Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays and major holidays. We primarily use USPS, DHL, UPS for shipping, depending on the destination and shipping method selected.

Please note that we do ship to APO/FPO addresses, but we can only send orders to PO Boxes via USPS. To ensure accurate delivery, please provide any necessary apartment, building, or suite numbers when entering your shipping address. Missing information may cause delays or return of the package to our office.

Domestic Orders

For domestic orders, we strive to ship most packages within 3-5 business days. If you place an order after 2 pm Pacific Standard Time on a Friday, it will be shipped out on Monday. During the holiday season, please allow up to 72 hours for order processing.

Delivery time is guaranteed from the time USPS scans the package, not from the time of order placement. To track your package, make sure to provide your email address during checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on USPS.com, DHL.com, UPS.com using the provided tracking number.

Shipping Selections

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders of $35 or more. If you prefer faster shipping, you have the option to upgrade to First Class and Priority, shipping at the additional cost.

Here are the estimated delivery times for different shipping methods:

  • First Class Mail: 7-10 business days
  • Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Generally before 10 am the next day (excluding Saturdays)

While USPS guarantees delivery for First Class and Priority Mail, actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions and bank holidays. FedEx Overnight orders must be placed before 12 pm Pacific Standard Time to be shipped out on the same day.

Order and Shipment Notifications

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as a tracking number becomes available. Please check your spam folder if you don't see these emails in your inbox.
