Return Policy

You have 30 days (from delivery date) to return products bought from 2getherhelp.com.

All items have to be unused with labels intact.

Note that we do not offer free returns. Please use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s). For sustainability reasons, we do not offer free shipping on returns.

Your return will be processed within 7 business days from the day your parcel was delivered back to us. You will then receive an email saying you can expect your refund within 1-3 bank days. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

Any refund made by us will be processed back to the payment method used when placing your order.  We will not deduct the donation amount made on behalf of your purchased order.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
